I deleted Winnt\system32\Cuirsor to get rdi of a Norton Antivirus detected IRC Trojan
virus. In deleting the entire folder, I no longer receive the IRC Trojan messages,
but I still get the "System error: Unable to open dialog" messages that started at
the same time. Is someone trying to get into my PC? And could someone please offer
help for the Unable to open dialog messages. Exactly what is the message telling
me?
