If you want to boot with hard disk unmounted, you can correct problem with Acronis
PartitionExpert.
Just launch this soft and resize partition with problem.
But the problem comes back when you want to access this partition or the folder which
causes problem (memory buffer).
If you want to recover files, you must use soft as Ontrack EasyRecovery or File Scavenger
for example.
After you must erase the partition with problem and create another.
