To solve your problem, try this wonderful trick I had found, originally from Matthew.

DiskKeeper's uninstall on Windows 2000 is flawed - it doesn't re-register
the builtin version. Simply type "regsvr32 dfrgsnap.dll" and "regsvr32
dfrgui.dll"
This should do the trick
