I also have the same problem as you have. But I don't have any of those files that you just talked about in my winnt. I have a message every 30 seconds telling me a system error, unable to open dialog. I have formated a week ago, I have only a couples of prgrams installed, nothing really pathetic! How can I get rid of this?? Cheers!
