system error ''unable to open dialog''

Problem--system error "unable to open dialog" popping up every 30 seconds. I booted into safe-mode went to add/remove programs and removed "Mirc". After I rebooted I cleaned anything "mirc" from my regestry and it seems to have fixed the problem.
