Go to run, type in regedit, locate the following path
My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
Delete any programs you dont need there, Dont touch Optional Components. I usually
just leave my antivirus there (and Default, which cant be deleted).
