svchost.exe Monday, September 15, 2003 at 12:13 pm Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Jeff Benson (17 messages posted) Am using Win2K, sp3, and Netscape 4.x, and I created a dialer with Win2k. After connecting to the internet for a while I get an error message that says "svchost.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program." The only consequence of this message is that I have to shut down the computer to disconnect from the internet ... a big nuisance. Any ideas? Thanks.
