I used the "Folder.htt" swap out in Windows 98 and it worked like a charm. This was one of my most annoying Windows 98 items... So in the world of 15 minutes fame you are officially a God! Thanks! PS I almost forgot. I had changed out the desktop.ini information also in that folder prior to doing this, so I am not certain if that needs to be an accompanying action to make this change or not. I did not change anything in the Windows registry.
