Well what you could do to disable the auto shut down features, also this fixes alot of irq sharing and puts things on their own irqs for the most part, would be to go into your hardware properties screen drop down the computer one and then on ACPI compliant PC right click and update driver change that to Standard PC and it will not share as much irq's and no special power features will be used.
