Thanks for the (civil) response! I am, however, guilty of not noticing the Win2000
part of the msgs. I apologize! That's perhaps why it was loading in start-up, but
the 'icon' was not in my system tray -- also, my qttask is found in /windows/system
-- not in the location others have mentioned.
