2000Pro, Norton AV can't delete

Running W2000 Pro. Ran Norton AnitVirus and it found four "at-risk" files, dc898.exe,
dc899.exe, dc900.exe, and dc901.exe all of which are "adware.keenval". Norton tries
to delete them but fails. I can't find these files using the search routine. Also
tried spybot, which got rid of others but not these. Any idea, save reformating,
how to get rid of these.
