Reboot into safemode F8 key at boot

"Deleting other files used by this Adware:

Delete the Directory C:\Program Files\Common Files\KeenValue and all of its contents."
You may need to change your view to see them.
My Computer/Tools /Folder Opt./View /check the item called View hidden files and 
folders
