Well, it is my computer, I share it with my 2 roommates. Do you have any particular program in mind? Cause I went to that site and didn't really see anything that looked like what you described. It's really important that I block the whole folder, I'd hate to go and try to password protect tons of files, one at a time. And the other roommate says he is doing it everytime he logs on.
