those are setup files from the service pack(s) you installed. normally they can be 
deleted with no ill effects. if you want to reinstall/uninstall a windows component 
then you might want to keep them, but you can just use the files off the 2k cd. or 
keep the service pack extracted on a cd, or slipstream a 2k/sp4 cd and use that
