Corrupt back-up Image.113 file

I have been backing up my hard drive files to a zip drive. My hard drive dies, and
it turns out the back-up is corrupted (probably as a result of my bad C drive).
The backup file (which should have been a Microsoft Backup format) - it is named
Image.113
Any suggestions?
