Computer Will Not even go into bios

I recently tried to put on a liquid cooled heatsink. I guess I did not do it correctly.
The processor overheated and died. I also thought that since I removed the ram
that it might have been damaged. So I bought a new processor and some new ram and
the computer will not start up. All it does when I push the power button is the
fans come on and the drives spin and activate then go to standby. Nothing is displayed
on the screen and no post beeps occur. Does anybody have any ideas. Perhaps now
I will just change the motherboard, unless someone can Help me. Please Help Me.
