Updating windows time from network??

I have windows 2k pro and i remember that i used to be able to make it so that the 
system time gets set from time.nist.gov (like it does in windows XP).

you have to go to the command prompt and set like the time server to be time.nist.gov 
but i dont remember exactally how. 

can someone help me out on this??
