Problem Reconfiguring Routing and Remote access

I have a machine built as a multi homed router. Originally set up with NAT, I decided
to re-configure using static routing. When attempting to remove the server , it persists.
Multiple attempts and re-boots, and always when 'rebuild server list' is selected
it appears, and I cant get to the configuration wizard. This is the second time I
have had this happen. Any idea where in the registry to find the server list for
Routing and Remote Access? And, other than editing the registry directly, is there
something Im missing?
