Thanks, but unfortunately everytime I try to re-start the computer, with or without the Windows 2000 Set-Up disk in the drive, the same message appears. It will not let me do anything else. Short of trying to re-install the original Windows 98, I don't want to go down this path because I will lose all previous applications. This is the first time I've attempted an upgrade and I wasn't wise enough to back up previous files. My bad!!!
