ok so last night, i came home and had a blue screen...for what reason I dont know... anyway, i rebooted and things were fine. then i burned a data disc as my external storage drive is getting a bit full , so to make space i was burning some of the media off... i left the house and came back and the burn was done, but had not ejected...and the computer had rebooted itself.. now when logging on , i got a an indexing errorbox saying that the there was no filing index and that i needed to increase the size...which I did.. well, then i saw that my external drive was gone. it was still found in the device manager, and i proceeded to reinstall driver and the drive..but it still was not accessable from explorer..but was recognized in the devices... today, i brought it to work and plugged it into my work computer and oila' it just pops up.. i had three new things showing... one was the toilet (this was not visible when usb was plugged into home computer ), a temp file that the Burn software made of the media , and pagefile.sys (about 480 mbs) was sitting on this external drive (E:). How do I fix this problem? Please help as I have alot of information that I need to access before this Sat.. Thank you
