Download Spider   
It will remove all the junk from your machine ,after you open the zip file and put 
the files in a folder called C:\>Spider ,, make a shortcut for the exe file and put 
it on your desktop after that hit the Opt. button and set it up to remove what you 
want...+ plus it will del all the index.dat junk also read the info b/4 you download 
it.
