Accualy All I had running was YIM, IE (Two windows open). I could have just been 
the site I was on...Because all I was doing was switching back and forth from one 
window to the other...it shouldn't have done that. and Because yesterday before this 
happend I was switching back and forth from Paint, note pad and IE, that was it. 
So I shouldn't have been doing that.

Also my Icons on my Task bar have been blinking....I don't know why though. I haven't 
gotten that prompt again today so I guess it was the site I was on.

The Whole thing was:

virtual memory memory is running low, some Applications will not run. Go to help 
hore more info.

Or something like that...
