I had the same problem after a re-boot. Please follow the steps below may solve your
problem:
1. click on "Recycle Bin" icon, ans select "Proterties"
2. in "Global" tab on the properties page, check (or uncheck, if it is currently
checked) the box next to "Use one setting for all drives".
It shall work now. Good Luck.
