Hello, Can you please let me know how to troubleshoot restart problem I am having with windows XP. When I select restart monitor goes black however, the computer still running. Then I have to unplug the power cord. On the other hand, the shutdown and logoff selection works fine. Can you please let me know how to fix this problem. Thanks
