re: ico files do not display correctly any more

ARRRRRRGGGG.... I found this thread as a glimmer of hope. I have tried everything
else and then this. All of my icons are displayed properly except for HTML/HTM files.
When I try to re-associate them I get the "cannot find %1" error. I followed the
directions here to the letter. Can anyone please help? I am running XP pro.
