better yet...
Rename the History.IE5 via cmd or some other non-MS shell, and then reboot. Since
the index.dat file is locked to all but Admins, this is the most opportune method.
The link to the offending index.dat file is cut, and the History.IE5 is rebuilt
as needed upon re-entry to explorer.exe.
