Just to mention this does not work.
I have done this repeatedly ...
Each time I reboot this edited entry disappears ...
Each time I listen via quick time the qttask.exe places itself in startup ...
I have not found how to stop this and I detest this with a passion ...
I uninstalled quicktime out of my hatred for this but only to find that in order
to hear things on web pages it seems I must have quicktime ...
With my Windows98 I uninstalled quicktime and my Windows Media Player was used by
default and it did not place such autostart entries in my startup menu and I am trying
to figure out how to make this happen with XP ...
If I can ever figure this out I will never use quicktime again because I do not like
anything that 'tells me what to do' on my computer :o)
