I downloaded the Spybot S&D, but it didn't kill bridge. thanks kellie I'll put my stones in to throw as well... Now, to remove this bug, try going to prcview.com and getting prcview. It should 'kill' the process that is running. Once killed, you should be able to delete the active x control. If you want to try another spyware killer, try spybot s&d from security.kolla.de FWIW, you can also deactivate automatic activation of ActiveX controls via the settings in your browser.
