Hey there Fred.

Right, this is how you do it. You restart your machine and then hit DEL on your Keyboard as soon as your PC restarts. Keep on hittting delete until you get a Blue screen(normally Blue). There you will find a couple of options. Now you go into eatch option until you find someting that says "wake on modem ring" or "wake on PCI PME" and turn it off by hitting the Page Down or Page Up button on your keyboard..
