Your Customer is either blind,cant read or he is pulling the "I Made A Mistake But
You Are Going To Pay For It"Routine on you.He had plenty opportunities to realize
his Mistake before the O/S got installed.That was a blatant Screw-Up on his part,don't
see why he wants to hold you liable.
