Open Computer Management (right-click the My Computer icon, and choose Manage), then click Device Manager. From the View menu, choose Show Hidden Devices. In the right-hand pane, under Non-Plug and Play Drivers, double-click "Beep." In the Beep Properties window that appears, choose choose "Do not use this device (disable)" from the drop-down box under Device Usage.
