First boot using your windows installation cd.
Go through the screens until you get the repair option
Select repair (not console)
Select Manual repair
Unselect the registry and files options so you are left with the boot option only.
Use enter to remove the X from the boxs.
When it asks if you want to check the disk select yes or hit enter
It will check the disk and if any errors are found it will repair them. If errors
are found you may need to reboot and repeat the procedure again.
This worked for me hope it works for you, good luck.
