Right clicking on the taskbar, then toolbars, then on Quick Launch results in 'cannot create toolbar'. The Quick Launch folder under Internet Explorer is intact and contains the items that were in my tool bar. I have read numerous posts on how to fix the situation and have not been able to restore my quick launch toolbar. Any suggestions out there?
