Cannot Create Toolbar Lost Quick Launch Thursday, July 1, 2004 at 2:33 pm Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by MPinky (7 messages posted) I am running MS W/2000 pro and have lost my quick launch toolbar. When I attempt to recreate I get the error "cannot create toolbar". I have checked and found that the quick launch folder is in Username\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\ and had the icons for the apps. I tried deleting and recreating folder but still cannot create toolbar. I have looked at the registry but am not confident with making changes can someone help!
