Run it and also Spybot while offline and in SAFE boot mode. Delete the red entries that Spybot displays. Reboot. Download SpywareBlaster from http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html, install it to prevent further attachments. When you have done that and if the problem still persists then repost and I'll post further information that might help.
