Has anyone tried the Microsoft solution shown in Microsoft Knowledge Base Article-273785, located at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx? scid=kb;en-us;273785 which involves changing a registry value? I am not sure if this applies to our particular problem. The warning from Microsoft that if you use the registry editor incorrectly you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall you operating system has kept me from trying it yet. Any thoughts?
