I downloaded the program. It indicates that the 2 files in questions are not being used. I booted in safe mode. When I clicked on one of the files, the same thing happened as in normal mode. The computer locked up. However, this time, when I clicked ctrl-alt-del and end Temp, it restored me to the desk top. In normal mode, everything shut down. Any other suggestions for getting rid of these files would be appreciated. Thanks again.
