Changing boot settings for W2K

I need to be able to change where W2K boots from when I turn on my computer (Dell desktop). I need to make it so it boots from CD. I was told to get to CMOS settings by pressing F1 or F2 on the initial bootup screen, but that doesn't work. The only thing that stops the boot up sequence is F8 but that doesn't get me where I need to be. Please help!
