Your half-asssed <--- I misspelled that on purpose -- if you are asking someone how
to fu@k with your computer. Explorer loads and runs modules that are specifically
designed to manage your desktop refresh rate, when you remove the D-word that runs
that variable, you mess with your whole OS, and anyone that is worried about an icon
or two on their desktop needs to learn Linux open code, then you can design you own
refresh rate and management policies, until then, I promise you your computer will
not work correctly if you remove certain icons.
