I did this on my windows 2000 box
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\Explorer\command]
@="Explorer.exe /e,::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}"
and it opened My Computer with Explorer
