Well it's not SpyBot that's holding it back..
SpyBot is just a remover and it's not a TSR (it only runs when you ask it to) it's
true that it has Immunizer with it but it will not go into play until you get on
the net and are loading items up to view..
More like a Firewall that's holding your machine back at dialup internet access.
or the reg file slowing down your boot up..and internet access............
Try this...see below,also check your setting on your firewall
