Try the Keyboard Layout Creator from Microsoft:

http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/tools/msklc.mspx

You can use it to create your own custom keyboard layout, swapping [] for ().

You will still need to edit the registry to swap Caps Lock for Backspace, however.
