Thanks for your response Dex, the application was a mastercard application used
by our Credit Union for downloading credit card info overnight. I was trying to resolve
another problem when curiosity got the best of me and I had to open this Icon. It
tried to install Outlook 2003 not OE. We use Outlook 2002 as part of Office for Small
Business.
Anyway, even though I could'nt locate pst or pab files I located some archived files
and was able to import all my contacts and old E-mails from there. Now I see the
importance of "Archiving" it saved my butt.
