Dumping physical memory to disk

Can anyone help me with this repetitive problem. Once I have logged on to my pc and then go into the internet, as Outlook is uploading my pc goes blank and I get the message "driver unloaded without cancelling pending operations. wceusbsh.sys -this driver may be at fault" and my pc then restarts, checking disks etc - takes ages. Usually after that it's OK until I log on a few times later. Please use layman's terms in any responses. I've seen one response to similar problems which talks about making virtual memory the same size as the RAM - how do I know what RAM there is on my machine?? I work from home on an unnetworked pc. Any help will be very gratefully received.
