Printer Drivers Disappearing Monday, January 24, 2005 at 7:45 am Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Ann (4 messages posted) Over the last few months the printers I have installed on my system have disappeared. Randomly, they will not be there. I can print one instant, and the next all the drivers are gone. Sometimes when I turn the computer back on they have returned, but more often than not I am required to re-install them before I can print again. This has happened several times but recently, even that is not a possibility since when I try to install a printer it gives me the message "Printer operation cannot continue due to lack of resources. The print system is unavailable." If anyone could help me with this I would be greatly appreciative.
