It may be on the machine BUT it can load it up...or parts of it (because it's dll file ) If it's on the machine (mscorwks.dll ) right click on it and select Prop. and then details it should tell you what program installed it and then reinstall the program. One more NOTE*** I ran a search on my XP machine and I didn't find it, but that's no big deal.. You may want to goto Framework folder and look for the file mscorwks.dll , if you don't find it anywhere on the machine you can download it from the Net and put it back in. Try http://www.filewatcher.com/ to find the file...
