Web Page Not Displayed Monday, January 24, 2005 at 6:23 pm Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by Doug Manning (2 messages posted) When I am surfing the Net I get get the message Web Page Cannot Be Displayed. This happens at no particular time and I am still connected to my ISP with the time clock going. I am not on broadband just. Someone said it is my Winsock dll what does this mean. Can anyone help me.
