1.Easy method is to install IP printing , install LOCAL PRINTER and ADD NEW PORT and choose (Printer need IP address) Faster printing but looses some control of print jobs.. 2.go to Start,Settings,Printers..And see if there are any printers that should be there. (if not) run winnt\system32\services.msc and click on PRINT SERVICES and START it ..Go back to PRINTERS and F5 to refresh. Now if u click on a printer or right click and PROPERTIES an error message will pop up ""DON NOT CLOSE THAT MESSAGE"" and delete that printer and "CLOSE THE ERROR MESSAGE" Check in SERVICES and F5 to refresh ,the PRINT SERVICES would have stopped RESTART PRINT SERVICES so the printers shows up again (could be one or more) printers that will do this DELETE ALL THAT"S HAVING ERROR MESSAGE..Now make sure that PRINT SERVICES is still running and reinstall the deleted printers using the correct drivers..This should fix the problem for THAT USER..it will come back if a new/different user logs on to the pc (for that new/different) This is just a workaround u will still need to find out what's causing the user to not have RIGHTS..Usually third party software installs, drivers, permissions etc..Check if the user has READ,WRITE or FULL rights to %systemRoot%\system32\spool folder..AND/OR Try giving the user WRITE to %Windir%\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3
