I have just installed a Belkin F5U508 USB 2.0 and Firewire PCI card on a Win XP Pro
PC, SP2. Since then it refuses to shut down, just restarts. I have made the suggested
registry change, but could not find exact BIOS references so in 'power management'
I changed "USB device wake-up" to 'disabled' and "resume on ring" to 'disabled'.
No luck, system works OK but will not shut down properly.
Any other ideas? (Belkin pointed me to this topic).
