I got a solution which actually works ! whereas cleaning the cache or deleting the
"downloaded programs" as recommended by MS did not work. Simply move the temporary
internet files folder (tools>options>temporaty Internet files>parameters).
I do not know how it works but it actually does ! I hope that will be true for you
too.
